All Fender Rhodes piano’s we sell a fully rebuilt and come with a 6 month warranty. Prices vary a bit depending production year, type (MkII is cheaper) and physical condition. If you want a Fender Rhodes that also been retolexed with new chrome hardware the price will be higher as well.

At least the following has been done to be sure the piano performs at its best:

        – Tuning

        – Voicing

        – Replacing tonebar grommets incl. screws and washers

        – Aligning and shaping tines

        – Replacing bad tines and tonebars

        – Repositioning harp

        – Replacing bad pickups

        – Adjusting dampers

        – Minimalize keyplay (center pins only) and lubing all keypins

        – Leveling keys

        – Replacing bad/missing keybushing felts

        – Cleaning mechanics and inside case

        – Replacing rubber hammertips

        – Modification mod for lighter action (1971-1979 only)

Soundwise We will always get the most out of every Fender Rhodes, meaning as much tone and bite as possible. The softer bell-like tones are avoided as much as possible. Please keep in mind that because of all the different materials used at the time the sound and feel of every Rhodes piano differs depending on the production year. Roughly said, the newer the Rhodes the brighter the sound, the older the Rhodes is the muddier the sound. THEY WILL ALL SOUND LIKE A FENDER RHODES!!

The piano’s can be used on stage without any hassle and are meant for the the (semi-) professionals. They come with a six month warranty..
